Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services recently welcomed a new, eco-friendly addition to the Detroit Metro Airport: elephant excrement. Elephant Poo Poo Company, a business based out of Ontario, Canada, is partnering with Delaware North to bring its line of recycled journals, stationary, notebooks and books to an airport gift shop, Gayle's Chocolates.
